President

Karen began her journey working in the collection industry employed part-time after school while attending high school.  After pursuing other avenues, Karen became one of the pioneers of Professional Adjustment Bureau. Karen feels working as a clerk gave her a ground level look on how a business works and the value of excellent customer service. You can find Karen working in the office or working remotely while visiting her children and granddaughter.

Trista Petitt
Opperations Manager

Trista has worked in the collection industry for 20 years.  She began as a collection specialist and has also held the titles of Collection Manager and Office Manager.  Her vast experience has made her a valuable leader to our company. As the current Operations Manager she works with our accounts receivables and integrates new business formats from your company into our collection software. additionally, she works to develop systems to make the collection of your account as efficient as possible. 

Jennifer Murkin
Office Manager

Jennifer has over 13 years in debt collection industry. She began her career as a Collection Specialist, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service relations, compliance, and account resolution. Through her dedication and leadership she advanced into management and now serves as the Office Manager. Leading teams to achieve success while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.  She ensures the debt collection specialists working your accounts are held to high standards, training them in various collection practices and keeping them up-to-date on the ever-changing collection landscape.
